Team AI Training
You already pay for the tools. Most teams never unlock them. That's what this training is for.
Sound familiar?
You've seen the demos. Read the articles. Maybe even bought your team ChatGPT subscriptions.
And yet. The tools sit idle. Your people keep doing things the old way. Nobody's making the leap from "curious" to genuinely capable.
Meanwhile, your competitors are figuring this out. And the gap between teams that genuinely use AI and teams that don't is only going to get wider.
What's possible
Not a demo. Not a slideshow. A member of your team, maybe a skeptic, watching their own work get done in 30 seconds that used to take an hour. With their own hands. On their own problem.
That's the moment I'm engineering for. I've seen it dozens of times, and it never gets old. It's the moment the skeptic becomes a believer. It's the moment the team starts to get curious about what else is possible.
After three sessions, your team will have the fundamentals, the reps, and a handful of workflows they built themselves: tools that will permanently speed them up or improve their quality, ideally both.
How it works
Most AI training is a lecture. Mine is a practice. You don't learn to use AI by watching someone else use it; you learn by doing it, with your own work, in real time.
Every session is built around the Hot Seat: one person at a time, you'll work live with AI tools. Your screen, your problems. You drive. I coach from the passenger seat. Everyone else can watch or work through the same exercises in parallel.
Before we start
Short questionnaire. Tell me who's in the room, how you use AI today, and what a smashing success looks like for you.
15-minute alignment call. We get on the same page before I show up, so we don't waste your team's time on the wrong problems.
Pre-watch video (~10 min). Housekeeping done in advance. Day-of, we skip straight to work.
Crawl
Pre-built prompts for real business problems
We start with workflows I've already built: clarity exercises, meeting prep, professional feedback templates, and more. You work with them hands-on. By the end of 90 minutes, everyone has done something genuinely useful.
Walk
Build your own workflows from templates
Now you start building. We introduce agentic AI: how to give a model context, outline process steps, and define quality standards. You stop using other people's tools and start making your own.
Run
Bring me your hardest problems
You've been practicing on your own. You've found the edges, the places where AI surprised you or frustrated you. Now we tackle your real, specific, niche problems together and build workflows that permanently change how you work.
Each session is 90 minutes on Zoom. The sweet spot is 4 to 6 people; I cap at 8. A single session is available if three is too much right now.
In practice
Here's a real example from a session.
From a recent session
From design to bill of materials, instantly
A product design team had a manual process: every new garment required someone to read a black-and-white spec sheet and hand-key a Bill of Materials — fabric codes, trims, measurements, threads — into their PLM system. Tedious, repetitive, done over and over across every style.
In 16 minutes in the Hot Seat, we built a custom AI workflow trained on their existing BOMs. We fed it completed bills across multiple garment categories, taught it the correct output format and material ordering (main body → lining → trims → threads), and pointed it at a fresh design image it had never seen. It produced a complete, correctly structured BOM table in seconds — material codes and all.
The participant's words at the end: "This is super helpful. It's faster even than how I was doing it the last few days."
The ROI question
Every skeptical executive eventually asks: "What's the ROI here?" I don't give them a number. I ask them a few questions.
| Improvement | Annual value |
|---|---|
| 1%: conservative | $9,000 |
| 5%: likely | $45,000 |
| 10%: not unusual | $90,000 |
If I charge a fraction of $9,000, the 1% case, is the ROI likely to be positive or negative?
What people say
This was a breakthrough in our AI journey!
When we started working with Adam, we had just launched ChatGPT Enterprise licenses… and everyone was scared to use it (except a few enterprising people planning personal vacations 😂). To build swift adoption, we announced an internal AI hackathon and brought Adam in to train our team leads.
Over 3 sessions, Adam used his "Hot Seat" method to take our team leads from ChatGPT Curious to Power Users who spread his training throughout the organization.
Our company president had the honor of judging team presentations during the Hackathon event, which involved evaluating two hours of 13 different team ideas. He later expressed that it was the most thrilling event in his over 40-year career, and he was on the edge of his seat the entire time! I attribute this to Adam's prep work with our teams.

My training with Adam was truly eye-opening, and it completely changed my perspective on using AI in my field!
It taught me how to optimize AI for both daily tasks and big-picture planning, which is simply mind-blowing.
What I found most remarkable was the emphasis on harnessing the power of AI while still maximizing our uniquely human resources like focus, judgment, and taste. It's a creative and groundbreaking approach that has given me a whole new outlook.
If you're looking to go beyond the basics and truly transform your use of AI, I can't recommend this training enough.

Adam's training did not disappoint.
We had a basic understanding of ChatGPT going into it and had even done some small projects with the tool. One of his comments really resonated with me: "The longer you stay in the ring with ChatGPT and provide it information and ask questions, the better the output will be." He stressed that "deep work" and focus with the tool will only enhance and improve results.
If anyone out there is either curious about AI and how it can improve their work output, or has a basic knowledge of AI but wants to learn from someone who has gone "deep" with ChatGPT, check out Adam's courses.

Adam made a complex topic understandable and engaging.
Our training session was remarkably accessible, thanks to his use of clear, non-technical language. We especially appreciated how Adam's encouragement of participation fostered a dynamic learning environment.
One highlight was seeing ChatGPT compare a candidate's CV to a job specification and immediately highlight areas of possible mismatch that could be explored in an interview. This was a highly-relatable example that showcased the power of AI in a context we were all-too-familiar with.

AI can help improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
As a healthcare executive in value-based care, I appreciated the focus on how AI can help improve patient outcomes and reduce costs. I also found the discussion of operational examples, such as email thread management, to be particularly helpful.
Overall, I highly recommend this training to anyone who is interested in learning more about how AI can be applied in healthcare.

A really useful session!
Adam got into the details and taught us how to phrase our prompts to get the best from ChatGPT.
I was a novice to using AI tools and this helped me get off on the right foot.

This was a paradigm shift for me.
The training provided me with a whole new perspective on how to leverage chatbot capabilities to enhance my workflow. I went into the session thinking it would be mostly technical tips and minor tweaks to improve chatbot outputs — the "first drafts" that they are commonly used for. However, what I encountered was a paradigm shift in how to most effectively utilize a chatbot as a thought-partner and a productivity booster. It was refreshing to see deeper uses for AI.
I highly recommend this training.

Common questions
Fair. A question back: do Olympic athletes practice their craft once every six months?
AI fluency is a practice, not a one-time workshop. If the last session didn't stick, something was missing. I'm happy to do a free 25-minute call so you can figure out if I'm different.
I understand. I've been through stretches where I genuinely couldn't find 90 spare minutes without something catching fire.
Gentle pushback: if that urgency is constant, that's worth paying attention to. I also offer a single 90-minute session if three feels like too much right now. Three is the minimum effective dose; one is still better than zero.
Your esoteric problems are your moat.
If you can teach an AI what you know, it can serve you better than it can serve anyone else. If after one session you don't agree, ask for a refund.
Here's what I'd push back on: "increase AI usage" is probably the wrong goal.
If you communicate clear, ambitious performance expectations, AI adoption becomes a natural consequence. Set the bar higher. The tools will follow.
A past client had been running internal AI sessions for months before they called me. Daily tips and Slack posts weren't moving the needle. An external practitioner with a hard expiration date creates urgency.
I'm also not recycling tips from Substacks. I'm an actual AI practitioner. This is how I do my own work, every day.
I'm here to give your team dedicated time to practice an important skill. In practice, 50 to 75% of the room is happy, or at least willing, to volunteer for the Hot Seat.
The rest can work quietly through the same exercises in parallel. My job is to make the room feel safe, not to hold eager learners back.
Virtual by default, delivered on Zoom. I'll come to you if you're within driving distance of Traverse City, Michigan, or if you're willing to cover travel at my rates.
If after your first live session you decide this training isn't right for your team, just let me know. I'll refund your payment in full. No questions, no hard feelings.
For pennies per day, your team has access to a genie in a computer that can make magic happen for your customers and your employees.
If you want a guide for the first few steps of your AI journey, I'd be glad to help.
